This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with the ReplyShot mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
The App is operated by an independent developer. For privacy inquiries, data subject requests, or complaints, please contact us using the support email address displayed in the App’s Settings screen. You may also write to nol.coding@protonmail.com.
To provide comment-draft generation, editing, and on-device preview features, the App processes content and configuration you enter or select. Such processing occurs primarily on your device for the purpose of delivering the App’s functionality and maintaining normal operation.
The current version of the App does not create a ReplyShot-hosted user account for you and does not upload or synchronize your drafts or preview content to servers operated by us for storage or analytics in connection with those core features.
If you enable identity randomization, the App may request a suggested display name and avatar via HTTPS from the public randomuser.me API, which is operated by an independent third party. That party’s terms and privacy policy apply. If the request fails, the App uses local fallback identities and does not rely on that network call.
Fonts and other assets bundled with the App are used solely to render the user interface and previews. They are not used to track you across apps or websites.
Data stored locally on your device remains under your control and is subject to your device settings and backups. You are responsible for device security, including passcodes and sharing of exports or screenshots. We do not guarantee absolute security of your device environment.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to object or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights that we can reasonably fulfill in the context of this App, contact us at the support email in Settings or the address above. You may also cease processing by uninstalling the App, subject to any data retained by your device or operating system.
The App is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required under applicable law. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child in a manner that requires action, please contact us.
We may update this Policy to reflect product, technical, or legal changes. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. If you distribute the App, maintain a stable, publicly accessible privacy policy URL in App Store Connect that accurately describes your practices. You remain responsible for lawful use of exports and previews and must not impersonate others or mislead third parties.
